The main problem of most "ru" speaking sailing schools is their adherence to the Soviet system of education: students are "marinated" in the classroom, overloaded with theory. And by the time they go to sea, the necessary knowledge is completely erased from their heads.
At Interparus we have decided to follow the path of maximum efficiency and benefit for our students. The best Western schools (e.g. DHH or Les Glenans) give their students only the bare minimum of theory, with most of the time spent on practice. And it is reasonable, because new knowledge is much faster and more firmly fixed in the memory when it is intensively applied in practice under the supervision of an experienced instructor, who is always ready to support and insure.
Also an experience we have learned from the old European schools is to start training on yachts no larger than 40 feet. This allows the beginners to not be afraid of the yacht and to feel its size.»

The Inshore Skippers can sail LOA sailboats up to 24 meters, day and night, up to 20 nm offshore, in calm weather.
Cadets over 16 years of age, with minimal or no maritime experience are eligible.
An advanced captain's course that significantly expands your capabilities as a skipper of a sailing yacht. Offshore Skipper graduates are authorized to sail up to 80 nm offshore, to sail yachts with MAX GT up to 50, to sail without weather restrictions.
Cadets with Inshore Skipper or equivalent certification and a minimum of 3 logbook-confirmed independent trips of at least 28 days duration in 2 different regions are eligible.
Perhaps the top level of skipper qualification, Master of Yacht is the elite of sailing. It is the most respected certificate that confirms your solid experience and understanding of the maritime laws.
Only candidates with Offshore Skipper certification or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 confirmed offshore trips of at least 60 days total duration, in 3 different marine regions, including tidal areas, are eligible.

This is an advanced power yacht skipper course that will result in you being able to skipper motor yachts up to 24 meters with MAX GTs up to 80, day and night, and offshore up to 60 nm.
